No-Shows / Late Arrivals: If you fail to attend or arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and the booking fee may be forfeited.

Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

We do not accept returns for used/opened products unless faulty.
