At Hadanova, client satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. We aim to deliver high-quality treatments and products, but we understand that there may be occasions where concerns arise. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or cancellations may be granted.
Refunds for Treatments Undertaken
All treatments performed at Hadanova are carried out by trained professionals using approved products and techniques. However, results can vary from person to person due to individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Unsatisfactory Results: Refunds are not typically offered for treatments that have been completed, including where results do not meet personal expectations.

If you are unhappy with your results, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your treatment. We will invite you for a follow-up consultation to assess your concerns and may offer a complimentary adjustment or remedial treatment at our discretion.

All clients are required to complete a thorough consultation and consent form prior to treatment.
Refunds for Products
(Third Party Retail)
We stock selected third-party skincare or wellness products for client convenience.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are proven to be faulty or defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after product inspection. Shipping or handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refunds for Packages
Clients may purchase discounted treatment packages consisting of multiple sessions.

If no treatments have been redeemed, a full refund may be granted within 14 days of purchase.

If some sessions have been used, the refund will be calculated based on the full price of completed treatments (not the discounted package rate), and the remainder will be refunded.

No refunds are offered once the full package has been used.
Refunds or Cancellations for Membership Courses
Hadanova may offer membership courses or treatment plans over a defined period (e.g. 3, 6, or 12 months).

Cooling-off period: You may cancel and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no services have been used.

After 14 days or once services begin, refunds are not generally offered, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical grounds with documentation).

We may consider pausing or transferring memberships at our discretion.
