After spending over two decades working in the scientific and medical industry both in and outside of the NHS, Seema began to notice something. Many of the patient's she supported - whether dealing with hormonal changes, menopause, skin conditions or personal life issues- were not just looking for medical answers. They were also seeking confidence, reassurance, and a safe space to talk about how they felt in their own skin.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

 

At the same time, she saw how aesthetics was a growing industry - but not always in the most ethical or informed way. There were plenty of treatment providers, but very few with a deep understanding of how the skin truly functions, especially , when influenced by age, hormones, or ethnicity. And even fewer who approached aesthetics with medical grounding, emotional sensitivity, and long-term care in mind. 

That is when the idea of Hadanova began taking shape.

Seema wanted to build a practice where patients, could feel heard, respected, and safe, while accessing results-driven treatments backed by science - not just marketing. She also wanted to create something inclusive - a space where both women and men could feel welcomed and supported regardless of their background, skin tone or stage in life.

Although Seema has a strong background in menopause care and women's health, the skills she has developed over her clinical and aesthetics career allow her to treat a wide range of  skin concerns in all genders. Whether it is supporting a woman through postmenopausal skin dryness or helping a man with razor bumps and pigmentation, her approach is always the same: thoughtful, personalised, and grounded in clinical knowledge.
